Set a new pulse for healthcare! We're looking for a Localization Operations Manager to audit and redesign how we conduct translation and localization end to end; from content creation, through engineering delivery, to linguistic quality review. You will challenge our current tooling and AI/MT workflows, content ownership and governance models, integrate AI software development best practices, and leave behind a better process and toolset for multiple language markets, not just one. What you'll do Your responsibilities include but are not limited to: Audit the current end-to-end localization and translation workflow for our three main markets, from source content definition through engineering execution to linguistic QA, defining and implementing improvements for an updated localization process. Evaluate and evolve our use of machine translation and AI-assisted translation tooling, including glossary ownership and governance, content classification, and where and how human review fits in. Define a vendor and tooling strategy for translation and linguistic quality a cross our language markets; updating our existing tool stack as needed. Design and roll-out evolved processes in partnership with engineering, design, product, medical, and local go-to-market teams Hand off a durable process and toolset by the end of the engagement.
