As an Operations Assistant, you’ll play an important role in keeping our Transaction Liability team running smoothly. Working closely with the Operations Coordinator, you’ll help make sure transactions are processed accurately, records are kept up to date, and the team has reliable information to work from. This is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who enjoys being organised, working with detail and supporting a busy team. You don’t need previous insurance experience. We’re much more interested in your willingness to learn, your approach to your work and your ability to stay organised. Our Transaction Liability team works on risks connected to mergers and acquisitions (M&A) around the world. This includes Representation & Warranty (R&W), also known as Warranty & Indemnity (W&I), as well as contingent liability and tax insurance. You’ll have the opportunity to learn about this specialist area while developing valuable operational and business skills.
