As we continue to expand our business, we are seeking a curious and passionate individual to join our team at Spread Customer Solutions GmbH as Customer Service Agent (m/f/d) to join our design team and drive our business forward. The position is offered on a fixed-term contract for one year. What Will Your Role Be Are you passionate about design and enjoy working with people? Join our Design Team as a Customer Service Agent (m/f/d), part-time or full-time (30–40 hours per week), and help our customers bring their design ideas to life. As their first point of contact, you’ll combine excellent customer service with a keen eye for detail to ensure every design turns out just right! What You´ll Do Advise customers by phone and email on all questions about their designs Check submitted designs for quality and technical feasibility, such as resolution, format and colours. Improve and adapt designs in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, for example by cutting out, retouching, vectorising or resizing Implement customers' change requests and agree on the results with them. Explain technical details in plain language and work with customers to find the best solution. Work closely with the design team and pass on feedback from customer conversations.
