The Senior Client Implementation Lead will lead overall projects on both the operating model e.g. how things are organised and get done around here, as well as the operating environment with direct responsibility for coordinating, managing, building, and delivering Kraken’s cultural change programmes alongside our client. They will need to work in partnership with the technology teams, Product Managers, and client teams. The Client Implementation Leads: live & breathe the Kraken ways of working, identify problems, create solutions, workshops and training, and effectively communicate these to our clients. They will bring technology, people, and processes together to innovate business cultural change for our clients. 🚀 What you'll own: Aiding in the operations transformation of clients: As a Senior Client Implementation Lead, you would be leading the Client Implementation projects in designing cultural programmes and executing their delivery. Work with the Kraken Transformation Director to successfully navigate clients through Kraken transformation.
