About the team Our GenFlex platform helps energy companies connect, control and optimise large-scale flexible energy assets - including battery energy storage systems (BESS), solar, wind and other generation assets . GenFlex connects physical energy assets with the technology needed to monitor telemetry, control and dispatch assets, optimise their operation and provide reporting back to clients and energy-market participants. We're looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to join our team in Japan and lead Kraken's delivery and onboarding of grid-scale energy assets, with an initial focus on battery storage projects . This is not a traditional construction or EPC project-management role. You'll own Kraken's part of the delivery - working across our clients, Engineering, Product and external technical partners to make sure assets are successfully connected to GenFlex and ready for live operation. What you'll do You'll be responsible for driving complex GenFlex implementations in Japan from initial discovery through onboarding, integration, go-live and transition into ongoing operations. You'll: Lead Kraken's delivery and onboarding of grid-scale battery and other flexible energy assets in Japan. Own the delivery plan for Kraken's scope, making sure responsibilities, dependencies, milestones and deliverables are clear from the beginning. Build strong relations
