Join CFC's Compliance team and play a pivotal role in safeguarding our business, customers and reputation from financial crime. We are seeking an experienced Group Financial Crime Manager (SM&CR Certified Function) to lead the ongoing development, enhancement and oversight of CFC's financial crime framework across the Group. Operating within a fast-paced, technology-driven insurance environment, you will help ensure that our approach to financial crime risk remains robust, effective and aligned with evolving regulatory expectations. As a key subject matter expert within the second-line Compliance function, you will provide pragmatic and commercially focused guidance to stakeholders across CFC Underwriting and other Group entities. You will oversee the implementation and ongoing effectiveness of financial crime policies, procedures and controls, helping the business identify, manage and mitigate financial crime risks while supporting sustainable growth. Working closely with senior leaders, the wider Governance team and colleagues across the organisation, you will influence decision-making, drive best practice and help ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
