Best in Business, and LinkedIn Top Startups. Your Role We're looking for a Senior Manager, Global Payroll to oversee our US, international and EOR payrolls. You'll lead the team, approve payroll before each submission and handle the most complex pay, tax and compliance issues. You Will Review gross-to-net results and pre and post payroll reconciliations for each run, and process off-cycle payments and final pay. Build the payroll roadmap for system, provider and process improvements, and bring recommendations to Accounting leadership. Train and develop the payroll team, review their work and act as the escalation point for complex pay issues. Manage US multi-state payroll tax registrations, agency notices and amendments, and quarter-end and year-end filings. Manage Canadian payroll across provinces, including statutory deductions and remittances, ROEs and T4 reporting. Coordinate with EOR and in-country providers on international payroll and local compliance questions.
