The Role CodeRabbit is building AI-powered developer tools that help engineering teams ship better code faster. As a Senior Software Engineer on our Enterprise Engineering team, you’ll build the systems and features that make our platform reliable, secure, and scalable for large organizations. You’ll own projects from design through production, working across backend services, enterprise integrations, and self-hosted deployments. This role combines hands-on engineering with customer problem-solving: understanding complex requirements, making thoughtful architectural decisions, and delivering solutions that fit into enterprise development workflows. You’ll collaborate with engineers, AI researchers, infrastructure specialists, and product partners to bring intelligent code review to enterprise teams while meeting their needs for security, compliance, performance, and operational control.
