To join our Consumer Membership Team, we are looking for a: Senior Product Manager Growth (f/m/d) Cologne (hybrid) or Berlin (remote) | Permanent Contract (Full-time) to identify, validate, and scale opportunities that drive sustainable growth for our consumer business and create meaningful value for our consumers. In this role, you will own important parts of our growth agenda end to end. You will uncover opportunities across the consumer journey, turn insights into hypotheses, rapidly test them, and scale the approaches that demonstrate impact. This is a highly cross-functional role at the intersection of product, customer experience, data, technology, marketing, and commercial strategy . You will work with a dedicated product team as well as partners across the organization to turn growth opportunities into measurable outcomes. What you'll do Own growth outcomes, not just features. Define ambitious goals and translate them into a focused product and experimentation strategy with clear, measurable KPIs. Identify growth opportunities. Use quantitative data, customer insights, market trends, and experimentation to uncover opportunities across acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, conversion, and monetization. Build and prioritize a growth roadmap. Decide where the biggest opportunities lie and balance quick experiments with larger strategic bets. Experiment systematically. Develop hypotheses, design experiments, evaluate results, and use learnings to determine what to iterate, scale, or stop.
