Why This Is A Unique Opportunity Pet care is a multibillion-euro category, and it is wide open for reinvention. Dogs are family, yet most of what sits on the shelf is old, secretive, and built for a different generation of owners. We are looking for a brand-first Co-Founder to build and scale a category-defining premium dog brand in DACH , alongside a strong operating founder, and take on the incumbents for the next generation of dog owners. The founder owns product, supply chain, operations, finance, and fundraising. You own the other half: brand, marketing, and go-to-market. Together you will build a brand dog owners identify with and love, from the logo to the everyday moments, and win their trust where today's brands fall short. This is a true day-one, 0-to-1 founding-team role with full equity, backed by FoodLabs with pre-seed funding, operational support, and hands-on expertise in marketing, hiring, GTM, brand building, and product development. You will have access to a world-class network of founders and experts in nutrition, health, and consumer goods. Your Role as Co-Founder Build the brand from zero : a brand dog owners identify with and love, from the logo and visual world to the voice and the everyday moments that matter Create demand and growth : prove demand, find profitable acquisition channels, and lead go-to-market and launch Own social and community : TikTok and Instagram, content, influencers, and a real community of dog owners Keep the dog owner's voice at the center : feed customer insight straight into product and brand What You Need to
