Role Title: Tech Lead - .Net and Java Department: Engineering Role Summary As a Tech Lead at CreateFuture, you will use your technical and leadership skills to lead and support diverse client projects. Depending on the engagement, this includes hands-on coding, software architecture, solution design or delivery leadership and project management, ensuring a high standard of delivery in everything we do. We focus on high-value, high-impact client outcomes, and we’re not afraid to challenge the status quo. You should be curious, pragmatic, and operate well in ambiguous environments. As a technology consultancy, it’s important for us to not only deliver reliable, scalable solutions but to be looking at future trends and other high-impact developments. Your curiosity for technology and its application to business opportunities is highly valued within the company. You will work with clients at every level to understand their problems, set expectations, and maximise business value, representing CreateFuture as an engagement lead. Role Requirements ● Proven, hands-on technical leader delivering complex software. ● Demonstrate thought-leadership; supporting our clients and colleagues to understand, through modern technology and process, what is possible for their business/craft. ● Line-manage a team of engineers while maintaining personal delivery contributions. ● Commercial experience with .Net as well as Java or frontend). ● Commercial experience with at least one major cloud (Amazon W
