Drives business value of own (sub-) process depending on overall process strategy Communicates and implements continuously the (sub-) process production (fine) planning (Plan to Produce) on global level Take care of all Plan to Produce deployment tasks in rollout project, incl. implementation of PP/DS Aligns and adapts the (sub-) process changes including requirements from users, norms, standards and other processes Support definition of the roadmap to roll-out and increase the maturity level of the (sub-) process Plan to Produce Secure a sustainable implementation and compliance of the process standards Drive digitalization and automation in planning related processes, incl. implementation of standardized Industry 4.0 solution sets Monitor relevant key performance indicators, initiate and manage implementation and transformation programs to build or improve processes/capabilities Train and coach user departments on how to apply standard processes Intensive communication, collaboration and change management in an international environment Several years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, particularly within the Production Planning (PP) and Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS) modules. Strong understanding of supply chain and manufacturing processes, gained through academic studies and professional experience. Several years of experience in consulting or industry environments, preferably within the Consumer Goods or Retail sectors. Extensive experience with planning processes acquired through project delivery and/or operational environments. Strategic mindset with a strong focus on driving continuous improvement and operational excellence. Passion for digital transformation and a shared vision of a flexible, efficient, and AI-enabled future supply chain.
