What you’ll be doing As our HR Specialist, Payroll & Operations, based in Luxembourg, you’ll play a key role in ensuring operational excellence across our multi-country payroll, compensation, benefits, and HR processes. Your work will directly impact the employee experience and the efficiency of our HR operations in Luxembourg, Spain, and additional jurisdictions. Here's what that looks like in practice: Multi-Country Payroll Management (Luxembourg & Spain). Lead the full monthly payroll cycle across Luxembourg entities and employees based in Spain or other jurisdictions, ensuring flawless accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. Act as the primary point of contact for payroll-related matters and manage relationships with external payroll providers. Payroll Calculations & Compliance. Perform all payroll inputs (hires, terminations, bonuses, leave management, adjustments) and guarantee adherence to Luxembourgish, Spanish, and other applicable tax, social security, and labor regulations. Reward & Compensation Support. Contribute to annual salary review and bonus cycles through data preparation and validation. Administer local benefits programs (health insurance, pension schemes, lunch vouchers) and support competitive benchmark
