We protect critical infrastructure. We protect Europe’s sovereignty. We are looking for a Head of Flight Testing to join our flight testing team in Munich. The Head of Testing is responsible for the strategic leadership, planning, execution, and continuous improvement of all flight test activities and flight test campaigns across the organization. This role ensures the safe, efficient, and successful validation of our products, performance, airworthiness and certification process. As Head of Flight Testing you will be responsible for multidisciplinary flight test teams, overseeing test operations, planning and coordinating with engineering, certification, operations, safety, regulatory authorities, and external partners to deliver flight test objectives. Your Roadmap to Make an Impact Strategic Leadership Develop and implement the company's flight test strategy aligned with product development and certification objectives. Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing flight test and campaign management organization. Define departmental goals, KPIs, budgets, resource requirements, and operational plans. Flight Test Campaign Management Plan, coordinate, and execute all flight test campaigns from concept through completion.
