Role Overview This is a hybrid role, with an expectation to be on site at least 2 days per week in our Cork office. As a Senior Engineer on NETGEAR's mobile applications team, you will be an experienced, hands-on Android engineer who takes ownership of complex features and initiatives across our mobile experience. This role has significant impact - you'll be shaping the app experience for millions of people who rely on it to manage their home networks every day. Working with a high degree of independence, you will drive technical initiatives that span mobile, embedded, and cloud systems, influence the design of complex parts of the codebase, and help raise the engineering bar across the team. AI-augmented development - using AI tools for code generation, test generation, and code review is a core part of how you work, not an occasional aid. We are looking for someone with deep platform expertise, a customer-centric mindset, a strong sense of ownership, and high-quality standards. You bring genuine curiosity and the adaptability to thrive in a fast-changing environment, approaching problems with a bias for action and staying positive as products and priorities evolve.
