Our headquarters are located in Walldorf, Germany, and we also have offices in Slovakia, Austria, Switzerland, Australia, and the USA. We are looking forward to welcoming a skilled colleague to our Natuvion team for the position of Project Manager, who will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and controlling the financial and time-related aspects of projects. The role involves close collaboration with the finance department and other team members to ensure that projects are delivered within the defined budget, timeline, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Leading teams on customer and partner projects (S/4HANA transformations) Full responsibility for the project, including the budget allocated for technical data migration Independently leading and organizing regular workshops, meetings, and training sessions within international projects Analysis of client functional and technical requirements Solution design and conceptualization Configuration and customization of modules based on client requirements Job requirements: Relevant technical expertise in at least one SAP module (e.g. FI, CO, MM, SD) Technical knowledge of various migration approaches to S/4HANA (Brownfield, Greenfield, SDT) Knowledge of migration tools (SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit, LSMW, Natuvion DCS, or comparable tools) is an advantage Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German What we offer: Opportunity to work with ambitious experts in a global team that thrives on knowledge and experience sharing Regular performance review and career growth possibilities Flexible working time Learning and development – workshops, hackathons & language courses A respectful employee culture, flat hierarchies, short communication channels, and an open
