Your first months at Pult We are hiring a senior marketing / growth manager: one person who owns the full funnel, end to end, and scales what works. A bold, AI-native generalist who wants the whole board. PULT is growing fast and opening international markets. You will turn it into a repeatable, measurable engine, and you will have the mandate, the budget and the backing to do it. Your mission: Demand generation Plan and run paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google and the channels you discover next, with full ownership of budget and ROI Own the website and conversion funnel together with our web agency: messaging, landing pages, experiments Build the organic engine: SEO, AI search visibility, content that IT and People leaders actually want to read Run our webinar programme and turn it into a reliable pipeline source Brand and storytelling Sharpen PULT's positioning and make sure every touchpoint tells the same bold story Produce standout content: campaigns, videos, case studies, product launches, founder and customer stories Set a high bar for design and copy, and hold the team and agencies to it Offline and events Take PULT to the events that matter in DACH and the UK, from trade fairs to our own customer dinners and roundtables Run account-based campaigns into our target accounts, online and offl
