We are looking for a Ecommerce Trading Manager/ Optimisation Manager to join us on a permanent or potentially contract basis. Reporting directly to the Optimisation Lead , you will drive the daily commercial performance and onsite execution of our online channels using our Rapid Iteration & Execution framework. Sitting at the intersection of commercial trading, analytics, customer experience, and execution, you will translate real-time trading metrics into live, revenue-generating site updates. Collaborating closely with Paid Media, CX/Design, Development, and Merchandising teams, you will combine commercial acumen with hands-on site management tools to maximize sales, conversion performance, customer engagement, and channel profitability. Key Responsibilities 1. Onsite Trading, Merchandising & Campaign Execution Daily Trade Execution: Own daily commercial performance across key e-commerce metrics, including Revenue, Web Traffic, Conversion Rate, Average Order Value (AOV), and Product Availability. Roadmap & Content Execution: Build, launch, and QA weekly site updates, visual merchandising, site banners, landing page
