About the Role & Team We are looking for a Community Manager & Content Creator based in Portugal to work in close collaboration with our Regional Social Media Hub in Madrid, focused on the Portuguese market for a leading global brand. This role calls for a hybrid talent: someone who combines community management expertise with the ability to create agile, native content that brings the brand to life across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Reddit. Ke y Responsibilities Community Management: Manage and engage with the community daily, ensuring the brand’s tone of voice is consistently represented in the Portuguese market. Agile Content Creation: Contribute to content creation by producing, capturing, and editing native, short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) tailored to local trends. Social Listening: Monitor conversations and trends to identify reactive opportunities and keep the brand relevant.
