Für den Standort Berlin oder München suchen wir ab sofort eine/n Marketing Coordinator Community Engagement (all genders) für das VML Marketing Coordinator Program im Microsoft-Umfeld. Das erwartet dich: Du erstellst und kuratierst organischen Social-Media-Content, der perfekt auf Microsofts Content-Strategie, regionale Prioritäten und kulturelle Trends abgestimmt ist. Du steuerst die Redaktionsplanung und das Veröffentlichen von Content in Sprinklr inklusive präzisem Tagging und stellst die Einhaltung aller Compliance-, Sicherheits- und Barrierefreiheitsstandards sicher. Du betreust die Community auf den RSCC-Kanälen, beantwortest Kommentare sowie Direktnachrichten, beobachtest die Stimmung und denkst bei potenziellen Krisen vorausschauend mit. Du fungierst als erster Ansprechpartner für lokale Stakeholder (Field CMO, IMMs, PR), berätst zu Social-Plattformen, Tools sowie Best Practices und steuerst ad-hoc Anfragen.
