About the Role As a CRM Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of CRM campaigns across channels such as email, push notifications, SMS and in-app messaging, leveraging leading marketing automation platforms including Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Braze. You will act as a key connector between clients and multidisciplinary teams, translating campaign briefs into actionable execution plans and ensuring flawless delivery from concept to launch. Working alongside strategists, designers, CRM specialists, HTML developers, Technical Architects and data experts, you will coordinate the execution of high-visibility customer communications that reach millions of consumers worldwide. This role combines project management, campaign execution, stakeholder coordination and performance analysis, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both operational excellence and strategic thinking.
