The professional will act as a senior reference figure for the accounts, stepping in at key moments of the client relationship and ensuring day-to-day operational and strategic management. This role involves working in close collaboration with the Social Media Creative & Strategy Lead and the Social Media Managers responsible for each account. We are looking for someone with solid experience in account and social media management, capable of handling multiple clients and projects simultaneously with autonomy, rigor, and a results-oriented mindset. Responsibilities: Monitor client relationships at key moments — presentations, approvals, escalations, and strategic reviews — in coordination with the Social Media Managers responsible for daily contact. Manage the day-to-day operations of the accounts, ensuring compliance with timelines, deliverables, and expectations. Oversee and coordinate 360 campaigns from briefing to execution, ensuring alignment among all involved parties. Support budget management and control per client, as well
