About the job We are seeking a high-impact, strategic Financial Manager to join our GTM Finance team as the primary engine for EMEA Sales. You will act as a vital business partner, translating data into strategy while leading the charge on global commissions forecasting to ensure our investments drive maximum growth. Responsibilities In this role, you’ll: Serve as the strategic FP&A architect for the EMEA Sales leadership team. Own the global forecasting, budgeting, and month-end accruals for global sales commissions. Design advanced models to optimize sales productivity and GTM efficiency benchmarks. Drive resource allocation through data-backed insights and proactive decision support. Forge cross-functional alliances to identify margin drivers and scale cost-efficiency. Execute agile scenario planning and ad-hoc analyses for senior leadership. Synthesize complex financial metrics into clear, executive-level narr
