We are looking for a Digital Customer Success for our new Pro offer! Your Impact at Brevo: Execute a high-volume engagement approach, utilizing 1-to-many strategies such as targeted email sequences, digital materials and webinars (from onboarding to renewal) Manage a high-volume portfolio of accounts, ensuring customers hit key milestones in their journey (via emails and meetings) Manage renewal discussions with strong focus on client retention and growth Monitor customer health scores and relevant data to proactively identify and engage at-risk accounts. Drive customer adoption of key best practices by helping on enablement sessions and webinars. Contribute to the development of the digital resources and "Digital Journey" content that empowers customers to find value independently. Identify common customer challenges and provide feedback to Product and Engineering to improve the customer experience. Collab
