About BRIXIO BRIXIO is a dedicated Cloudflare service and delivery partner operating across the Middle East, North Africa and Europe. We specialise in Cloudflare licensing, support plans, professional services and managed offerings , working closely with clients, distributors and Cloudflare teams to support effective delivery and long-term customer success. As we continue to expand our Cloudflare business across the MENAT region, we are looking for a Sales Support & Account Operations Specialist to strengthen our commercial operations and support the execution of our growing sales pipeline. The Role This is a hands-on commercial operations role supporting the day-to-day execution of the sales cycle. Working closely with Account Executives, Sales Engineers, partners and distributors, you will help ensure that opportunities move efficiently from initial engagement through quoting, coordination, follow-up and renewal. You will be responsible for keeping commercial activity organised and moving forward — from preparing quotes and maintaining CRM data to tracking renewals, coordinating partners and supporting client interactions. The role would suit someone who is highly organised, responsive and comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and opportunities in a fast-moving B2B technology environment. Key Responsibilities Sales Support & Coordination Prepare and manage draft quotations for Cloudflare licensing, professional services, and support or managed service plans. Work closely with Sales Engineers to translate technical scoping into quote-ready commercial documentation. Coordinate with Cloudflare distributors, including Mindware, on pricing, approvals and quote submissions. Support Account Executives with deal preparation, client coordination and sales follow-up. Schedule and coordinate client demos, onboarding sessions and internal handovers. Support the preparation and distribution of Cloudflare marketing materials and commercial documentation. Track indire
