Job Title: Senior Recruiter Locations: United Kingdom Reports to: Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition A quick snapshot As a Senior Recruiter supporting Conga across EMEA, you'll manage end-to-end hiring for a broad range of functions, with a particular focus on Go-to-Market (Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and related functions) and SaaS talent acquisition. You'll serve as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers and business leaders, partnering closely with stakeholders to define hiring strategies, identify top talent, and drive successful hiring outcomes. You'll combine strong recruiting execution with market expertise, stakeholder management, and a consultative approach to hiring. You'll also help shape recruiting strategy, mentor team members where appropriate, improve recruiting processes, and elevate the candidate and hiring manager experience across multiple countries and functions.
