We’re looking for a commercial product-minded partner who can sell, design, and shape AI-first delivery outcomes - someone who thinks like a product leader, sells like a consulting partner, and closes like a top-tier enterprise dealmaker. This role sits at the intersection of enterprise consulting, product strategy, and AI-enabled delivery transformation. You will originate and close complex engagements where we don’t just sell capacity - we sell outcomes, fixed-price transformations, and AI-accelerated delivery models. Core Responsibilities Own enterprise deals end to end, from origination to signature Build pipeline with CIOs, CTOs, COOs, and Digital and Product leaders in AI, software delivery and engineering scale-out Turn business problems into productized, AI-augmented offers, shaping what we sell, not only how we deliver it Structure fixed-price, milestone-based and outcome-based deals tied to speed, cost and impact, moving clients away from T&M Advise executives on transformation and operating model redesign Build long-term partnerships across multi
