We're looking for a meticulous, technically sharp Production Artist to join our packaging team. In this role, you'll be the critical link between creative vision and production reality, transforming packaging and print concepts into flawless, press-ready files that meet the exacting standards of our U.S.-based print and production partners. You'll take full ownership of file preparation, organization, and production workflows, keeping projects on track and executed with consistency across every format and material. Beyond the day-to-day, you'll lead meaningful ongoing initiatives, including but not limited to: rolling out a new brand font across our packaging and print ecosystem and driving production across all printed touchpoints. This role sits at the intersection of craft and collaboration. You'll work hand-in-hand with our graphic, structural, and industrial design teams, bringing the technical depth and attention to detail that turns great design into great product.
