Why we're hiring: The Global PMO, Data will support the Global Programme Director, Data in mobilising, governing and controlling WPP’s global Data transformation programme. The role will provide the structure, quality and discipline needed to keep delivery clear, connected and moving at pace across workstreams, markets, technology teams and delivery partners. Working closely with the Programme Director, workstream leads, PMOs and stakeholders across Enterprise Technology, the postholder will own the day-to-day programme management office rhythm: plans, RAID, governance, reporting, dependency management, actions, stage gates and delivery assurance. They will help create one version of the truth for the programme, enabling senior leaders to make informed decisions and ensuring the programme remains aligned to strategic outcomes, benefits and delivery standards. This role is critical to strengthening programme control across the Data agenda, which is focused on modernising WPP’s data infrastructure, improving integration and standardisation, strengthening data governance, and enabling trusted analytics and AI capabilities across the group.
