Why we're hiring: The Global Programme Manager, Enterprise Data will support the Enterprise Data Programme Director in leading and delivering WPP’s global Enterprise Data programme. The role will be responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of key programme workstreams, ensuring plans, resources, risks, dependencies and outcomes are actively managed across markets, technology teams, business stakeholders and delivery partners. This is a hands-on programme leadership role, providing delivery momentum, structure and coordination across a complex enterprise transformation. The postholder will work closely with workstream leads, PMO, Finance, technology teams and vendors to ensure delivery is controlled, decisions are progressed, risks are managed and programme outcomes remain aligned to the Data strategy. The role will play a key part in delivering WPP’s enterprise data transformation, supporting modernised data platforms, improved integration and standardisation, stronger data governance, trusted analytics and AI-ready data foundations across the group.
