Job Posted: September 21, 2026 Hi there! We're looking for a Finance Manager to be the dedicated finance partner for Zapier's marketing organization. This is a unique opportunity to own the full financial picture for one of the most strategically important spend areas at the company - headcount, budget, and channel investment while playing a key role in connecting marketing activity to pipeline and revenue outcomes. You'll report into the Head of GTM Finance and partner closely with marketing leadership, working closely with Sales FP&A and Corporate FP&A to establish a clean interlock between marketing, sales, and company level financials. You have 4-6+ years of accounting/finance-specific experience, with 2+ years of working with Marketing or GTM orgs. A background in Big 4 Accounting, Investment Banking, or Management Consulting with meaningful ownership of operating expense areas You're comfortable owning a budget end to end, including headcount, spend actuals, and purchase orders, and communicating variance clearly to non-finance stakeholders You have a strong grasp of channel-level marketing economics (pipeline generation vs. brand), cost per pipe, and how to connect spend to downstream pipeline and revenue outcomes You're comfortable with ambiguity - able to structure a loosely-defined problem yourself rather than needing it handed to you fully sco
