As a Professional Customer Support - Casual Hours you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service, resolving customer enquiries, and maintaining positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. What You’ll Do Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers across multiple channels. Handle customer enquiries with confidence, empathy, and a solutions-focused mindset under pressure. Maintain a professional and engaging phone manner to deliver great customer experiences. Manage competing priorities and stay highly organised in a fast-paced environment. Work collaboratively with a supportive team to elevate everyday service standards and team culture. What You’ll Bring Proven experience successfully interacting with both internal and external customers. Strong communication skills with a confident, polite, and professional telephone manner. Excellent time-management abilities to juggle multiple priorities effectively. A composed, calm, and positive can-do attitude when managing challenging situations. Flexibility to work during school hours with full availability to work through school holidays.
