Your Mission as Event Specialist We’re looking for an Event Specialist to lead the planning, coordination, and flawless execution of Lexroom’s internal and external events — from company workshops and retreats to major tech conferences, industry fairs, and partner activations. You’ll manage every phase of the process, from early brief to post-event debrief, ensuring operational excellence, brand consistency, and a strong impact across all audiences — internal and external alike. This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and detail-oriented , passionate about building experiences that connect people, ideas, and innovation in a fast-paced tech environment. Your Key Responsibilities Plan and manage events end-to-end , from initial brief to post-event debrief — ensuring every detail is handled with precision. Oversee internal events such as team events, workshops, and company-wide meetings, creating experiences that strengthen team cohesion and culture. Coordinate external events , including trade
