The Team ⭐️ Our Technical Account Management team is the technical backbone behind every SaaS (Feeds/Shopify) customer relationship. Led by our Lead Technical Account Manager, the team sits between customers' technical teams, Nivoda's product/engineering org, and regional Account Managers — making sure every feed integration works, keeps working, and keeps growing. About the Role 🤔 You're the technical owner for a territory's worth of SaaS customers. A feed that's healthy and well-integrated compounds into a customer who trusts the platform and expands their catalogue; a feed left to rot quietly becomes a churn risk nobody saw coming. Your job is to make sure it's the former, everywhere in your territory — from first integration through years of live trading.
