About the Role: Hims & Hers is on a mission to empower people to live healthier lives. Our engineering teams play a critical role in achieving this by building the platforms and services that power our patient and provider experiences. As a Sr. Software Engineer, you will be a key technical leader responsible for designing and implementing scalable, high performance solutions across back end systems. You will collaborate with cross functional teams to drive architectural decisions, mentor engineers, and influence the direction of our platform. You Will: Lead the design and architecture of scalable and performant backend solutions that meet product requirements and enhance the experience of the platform you support. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers on best practices, design patterns, and coding standards. Advocate for your team's technical needs and priorities within the broader engineering organization.
