About the Role: Hims & Hers is seeking a strategic, results-driven Regional Learning Manager (West Region) to lead learning and development across our Dispense & Fulfillment, Compounding, and Diagnostics operations. Reporting to the Director of Learning & Development, this role leads learning strategy and execution at scale — owning a regional portfolio of sites, building and developing a high-performing learning team, and driving network-wide programs and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in regulated pharmaceutical or healthcare environments, a strong track record of leading learning teams across multiple locations, and the operational savvy to translate business priorities into measurable learning outcomes. You Will: Develop and implement learning strategies aligned to business objectives across Dispense & Fulfillment, Compounding, and Diagnostics operations, reporting progress to the Director of Learning. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of learning professionals, fostering a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and accountability. E
