About the Role: We’re looking for a Staff Forward Deployed Engineer who’s passionate about using AI to change how teams across the business get their work done. You’ll embed with a team, learn how they actually work, and build the AI-powered workflows that make them faster and more effective. You start by mapping how the function operates today, then decide together with the team where AI can create the most value and build it. This is not a support role, a solutions-engineering role, or staff augmentation. You are a full engineer who works at the boundary between our AI platform and a business domain. You ship production systems, and the best of what you build for one team becomes a reusable capability for the whole company. You Will: Embed with a team. Work alongside a function for sustained periods, joining their day-to-day so you understand how they really operate. Map how the work gets done. Build a clear picture of the function's current workflows and surface where time, handoffs, rework, and manual effort pile up. Find where AI creates the most value. Prioritize the opportunities
