About the Role: We’re seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to own the design, execution, and strategic direction of complex, ambiguous programs at the group and organizational level. This is a full-time, regular position on our Engineering & Technology team. You’ll operate as a technical integrator across multiple domains — identifying architectural risk, aligning engineering, product, and business priorities, and building the execution frameworks that let the organization scale. You’ll partner closely with senior technical and business leaders to translate long-range strategy into roadmaps that hold up under ambiguity, and you’ll help shape how Hims & Hers builds and delivers technology at scale. You Will: Own group-level and org-level strategic programs with ambiguous scope and high risk, from initial framing through delivery. Design execution frameworks and operating models — planning cadences, program reviews, and cross-team operating rhythms — that scale program management practices across multiple teams and domains. Resolve systemic blockers and drive long-range planning rigor
