About the Role: At Hims & Hers, we know that telling empathetic, engaging, and uplifting stories about health is how we make people comfortable on the path to better health. We also know that creative is the key to an effective modern growth engine: what grows brands is brilliantly executed ideas across channels. We’re hiring a Senior Manager of Creative Strategy to drive that engine at Hims: someone who understands and respects the creative process, and can tie it back to the analytical thinking and metrics at the core of modern brands. You’ll turn customer insight and performance data into ideas that help millions of people discover and engage with our products across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging channels. You’ll lead a dedicated creative pod, partnering closely with editors, producers, media buyers, and creative leaders to develop, test, and scale high-performing creative across channels, and you’ll help build the systems that allow winning ideas to move quickly across categories and campaigns.
