About the Role Own day-to-day execution of the Audio channel (Podcast, Programmatic/Streaming) and support relaunch and special projects for other offline media (Direct Mail and OOH). This role is an exciting mix of project and campaign management, creative execution & ideation, and cross-functional collaboration. You're the hands-on operator: owning daily budget and performance management, making tactical media calls, and serving as the primary point of contact with our media agency on execution. You'll partner with the Senior Marketing Manager, who guides overall channel strategy, and turn that direction into tactical decisions, agency management, and creative output. What You'll Do Media Execution & Agency Management: Own tactical day-to-day decisions within strategic guardrails and execute with our media agency; own day-to-day agency relationship management, including inventory and compliance follow-through Budget & Reporting: Own day-to-day budget management, pacing, tracking, and reporting; feed pacing and efficiency data into quarterly/annual planning Creative: Drive creative stra
