About the Role: We're hiring a Product Lead for two of our largest categories - established businesses that serve millions of customers and represent a significant share of company revenue. You will lead a dedicated cross-functional team, owning top-line business growth and a strategic roadmap to achieve results. You’ll own the end to end customer journey: how customers find us, the acquisition funnel, and their experience on treatment. The core of the job is disciplined, high-velocity experimentation. We’re looking for someone who is systematic about finding those opportunities, rigorous about testing them, and uses learnings to inform the roadmap. This role also sits inside a broader shift in how our product development organization works. We’ve rebuilt our operating model around AI, and are especially reinventing how AI can drive growth experimentation. This role sits at the center of that.
