About the Role: We're seeking a Staff Graphic Designer to lead packaging and print collateral design that reflects our brand and resonates with our target audiences — across US and international markets. You'll drive graphic language and strategy across product lines, ensuring consistency and quality across all deliverables while adapting designs for regional markets. Reporting directly to the Director of Packaging Design, you'll work closely with other designers, regional teams, and production teams to create packaging solutions that are both visually compelling and strategically sound. You Will: Design and Development: Lead the conceptualization and design of innovative packaging solutions, from initial concept through final production files, for both domestic and international markets. Create compelling designs and layouts that align with brand identity, consumer expectations, and shelf impact, while staying current on industry trends and emerging design techniques.
