About the Role: This is a great opportunity to bring deep industrial design craft to how Hims & Hers builds the physical products that carry our brand into people's homes and daily routines. As a Staff Industrial Designer, you'll bring expert-level craft across multiple design disciplines and help build the design systems and frameworks that scale across our projects. You'll be trusted with complex, ambiguous problems across multiple initiatives — anticipating design challenges before they surface and proposing scalable, innovative solutions. You'll shape creative direction for major projects, making independent decisions that meaningfully affect team output and brand quality. This is a defined-term contract engagement supporting our industrial design team's active product roadmap. If you love solving hard, ambiguous design problems, partnering closely with cross-functional teams, and mentoring the designers around you, we'd love to talk.
