What you'll be doing As our People Experience & Development Specialist, you will play a central role in creating memorable employee experiences and bringing our company culture to life. Reporting directly to the Head of People Experience & Development, you will take full end-to-end ownership of our internal events, manage our onboarding programs, coordinate team-building activities, oversee learning platforms, and drive community and wellbeing initiatives across the company. Here's what that looks like in practice: End-to-End Onboarding Management - Design, oversee, and continuously refine the onboarding journey for new joiners to ensure a welcoming, seamless, and high-impact experience from day one. Internal Events & Team Building - Plan, organize, and execute all company-wide events, offsites, celebrations, and team-building initiatives with creativity and flawless execution. Community & Wellbeing Initiatives - Drive internal community management by organizing interest clubs, welfare programs, and employee wellbeing initiatives that foster inclusion and engagement. E-Learning & L&D Tool Management - Oversee and manage our learning platforms and tooling, tracking activation, usage, and provider relationships. Team Budget
