About Vice President, Product Marketing CodeRabbit helps engineering teams review, understand, govern, and ship code generated by people and agents. As AI accelerates code creation, the bottleneck is no longer writing code. The new bottleneck is verifying intent, managing risk, and keeping delivery moving. We're hiring a VP of Product Marketing to define how the market understands CodeRabbit: the context-aware trust layer between AI-generated code and production. You will turn rapid product innovation into clear customer value, durable differentiation, and measurable go-to-market impact. What you'll do Own positioning, messaging, segmentation, personas, use cases, and differentiation across CodeRabbit's review, governance, security, planning, and agentic developer workflows. Lead the category shift from human-centric code review to comprehensive code governance and Agentic Change Management. Build and lead launches end to end—from customer insight and product framing through packaging, enablement, content, PR, community, adoption, and field follow-through.
