About the role At Samsara, we're looking for a hands-on Staff Software Engineer to help turn growing Telematics products into major businesses. Our new product bets include routing and workforce management for physical operations. The portfolio has paying customers and early traction. You'll help shape what comes next, working directly with customers to understand their operations, test ideas and build solutions they choose to use. You'll stay close to the work through production, customer adoption and scale. This is a technical leadership role with substantial hands-on engineering. You'll define important problems and make product and technical decisions alongside Product, Design and Engineering partners. You'll bring the judgement to move forward when requirements are incomplete, and the influence to align other teams around a clear direction.
