As Manufacturing & Production Technician, you will ensure our products are built and scaled to deliver industry-leading safety, reliability, and performance. Your roadmap to make an impact Oversee and execute the hands-on manufacturing, assembly, and testing of UAVs and their subsystems Plan and coordinate production activities to meet project deadlines and technical requirements Support flight testing to validate performance, reliability, and system integration Develop and implement methods to improve manufacturing efficiency, quality, and traceability Collaborate with engineering teams to translate designs into functional prototypes and production-ready/test-ready UAVs Define and enhance the R&D lab setup to ensure a safe, efficient, and highly flexible environment for UAV development Maintain lab organization, equipment readiness, and adherence to safety standards Completed apprenticeship or craftsman training in a relevant field with 1+ years of relevant work experience Proficiency in additive manufacturing, laser cutting, CNC machining, sheet metal work, soldering, and spot welding Working knowledge of UAV-specific electronics, avionics, and related components Skilled at sourcing,
