LastPass is looking for a Renewals Representative: In this role, you will protect and grow recurring revenue. You will own the full renewal cycle — from proactive outreach and forecasting through negotiation and close — helping LastPass deliver on its mission to give everyone seamless access to everything they need to work, move fast, and stay protected. About the team: The Global Renewals team operates at the intersection of customer success and revenue operations, with direct impact on the health of the business. Spanning North America, APAC, and EMEA, we protect and grow LastPass's recurring revenue across a large and diverse customer base — bringing ownership, collaboration, and a genuine commitment to the customers we serve. If you are passionate about complex problem solving and motivated by scale, then this is the role for you! While this role is open to candidates across the US, we have a preference for candidates based on the East Coast to support collaboration with key stakeholders and team members.
