We're looking for a hands-on engineer who enjoys working close to production. At the interface between Process Engineering and Production, you'll turn qualified processes into simple, robust and practical production standards, making manufacturing easier to execute, easier to control, more repeatable and more efficient. Your Key Responsibilities Translate qualified processes into clear, executable production methods and define the optimal sequence of manufacturing operations Create and maintain manufacturing routings, Work Instructions, SOPs, checklists, inspection points and standard times, ensuring they reflect the approved process Define the resources required for each operation (equipment, tooling, materials, operator skills, inspection) and ensure consistency between BOM, routings, instructions and production data Support the setup and maintenance of manufacturing master data in ERP/MES systems Validate methods directly on the shop floor with operators, collect their feedback a
