Join Us at the Forefront of Quantum Computing Innovation 🚀 As our manufacturing moves from R&D and low-volume production toward structured, scalable industrial output, we're looking for a hands-on Lean engineer who combines strong analytical skills with a pragmatic shop-floor mindset. You'll adapt Lean intelligently to a complex high-tech environment (long cycle times, expensive equipment, cleanroom and yield constraints) and help us manufacture faster, more reliably and at greater scale, without compromising quality or innovation. Your Key Resonsabilities Define and deploy Lean principles across our semiconductor, photonic and system manufacturing, adapting them intelligently to a complex, low-volume/high-mix environment Map end-to-end flows with Value Stream Mapping, define current and future states, and build improvement roadmaps based on real constraints Analyze cycle time at product, workshop and process-step level, separating processing, queue, waiting, transport and test times, and lead actions to reduce lead time and WIP Introduce pull-flow or controlled-WIP principles where relevant and improve flow between workshops and production stages Identify bottlenecks, analyze equipment loading and capacity losses,
